About the Service

PostizTiusApp allows users to manage social publishing workflows from a single dashboard. Depending on enabled features and connected providers, the service may allow users to connect social accounts, upload media, prepare drafts, schedule posts, publish content, and review basic account or content-related metadata made available by third-party APIs.

Eligibility and Authority

You may use the service only if you are legally able to enter into these Terms and you have the authority to act on behalf of yourself or the organization that owns the connected accounts. If you connect an account belonging to a company, client, or other entity, you confirm that you are authorized to grant the permissions needed for that connection.

Accounts and Credentials

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity carried out through your account. You must promptly revoke access to connected platforms, rotate credentials, or stop using the service if you suspect unauthorized access, credential leakage, or other misuse.

User Content and Platform Permissions

You retain responsibility for any text, media, captions, metadata, links, or other content that you upload, generate, schedule, or publish using the service. By using the service, you instruct the service to process and transmit that content to the third-party platforms you choose to connect.

• You must have the rights needed to upload and publish the content you submit.
• You remain responsible for the legality, accuracy, and appropriateness of your content.
• You are responsible for reviewing any generated or automated content before publication.

Third-Party Services

The service depends on third-party platforms, APIs, authentication providers, storage providers, and infrastructure services. Access to specific features may be limited, suspended, modified, or removed at any time due to changes in third-party systems, API permissions, commercial terms, service outages, or platform policy changes. Your use of any connected third-party service remains subject to that provider's own terms and policies.

TikTok Publishing

TikTok features are available only where the application's integration, requested scopes and your account are permitted to use them. Before submitting content, you must review the destination account, caption, privacy and interaction options available to you. Direct Post sends content for publication using the settings you confirm. Upload-to-inbox sends media to TikTok, where you must complete publication yourself. The service does not guarantee TikTok approval, visibility, reach, or the success of any post.

You must comply with TikTok's terms, community guidelines, music rights requirements, and applicable commercial content disclosures. PostizTiusApp is an independent service and is not affiliated with or endorsed by TikTok.

Acceptable Use

You may not use the service to:

• publish unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, defamatory, abusive, infringing, or harmful content;
• impersonate another person or entity without authorization;
• bypass platform restrictions or access controls;
• interfere with the security, integrity, or availability of the service;
• reverse engineer, probe, scrape, or abuse the service beyond permitted use.

Service Changes, Availability, and Beta Features

The service may evolve over time. Features may be added, changed, restricted, suspended, or discontinued without prior notice, especially where functionality depends on beta features, third-party APIs, or changing platform capabilities. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Fees and Paid Features

If the service offers paid features, subscriptions, usage-based pricing, or billing-enabled functionality, those charges, renewal terms, and related billing conditions will be governed by the pricing or billing information made available in the service at the time of purchase or activation. Non-payment may result in suspension or loss of access to paid features.

Intellectual Property

Third-party and open-source components, including Postiz, remain subject to their respective licenses. Nothing in these Terms limits rights granted under those licenses. Our branding and other original materials may not be reused without permission.

Suspension and Termination

Access to the service may be suspended or terminated if we reasonably believe that your use presents a legal, technical, security, billing, or policy risk, or if you materially breach these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time by discontinuing use and revoking connected platform access where applicable.

Your use of the service is also subject to the Privacy Policy, which explains how information is processed in connection with the service.

Disclaimers

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, no warranty is made regarding accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, security, or the continued availability of any integration with a third-party platform.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, goodwill, data, or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of the service, your inability to use the service, or the acts or omissions of third-party platforms.

Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the service operator from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising out of your content, your connected accounts, your misuse of the service, or your violation of these Terms or third-party rights.

Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in the service, law, integrations, or operational requirements. The latest version will be posted at this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the service after the updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
