Privacy Policy
Last updated: 20 October 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how PostizTiusApp processes information when you use our web application, connect social accounts, prepare content, and request publication.
Scope of This Policy
This Policy applies to information processed in connection with PostizTiusApp and its related operational services, including account access, content scheduling, media uploads, and third-party social platform integrations. It does not govern the practices of third-party platforms that you choose to connect, which remain subject to their own policies and terms.
Information We Process
Depending on how you use the service, the service may process:
- account information such as your email address, login records, and organization or workspace data;
- connected platform data such as profile identifiers, usernames, avatars, token-based authorization credentials, or other metadata made available by the third-party API you authorize;
- content data such as text, captions, drafts, scheduled posts, media files, thumbnails, and publishing preferences;
- technical and operational data such as IP address, browser data, language preferences, timestamps, request metadata, logs, queue or worker status, and service diagnostics.
How Information Is Used
Information is processed to operate the service, authenticate users, connect and maintain third-party integrations, display connected account information, upload media, schedule or publish posts requested by users, provide analytics or status information, prevent misuse, maintain security, troubleshoot errors, and improve reliability and service quality.
Processing Basis
Information is processed because it is necessary to provide the service you request, maintain the technical operation of connected integrations, comply with legal obligations where applicable, and support legitimate operational interests such as security, fraud prevention, logging, backup, system integrity, and performance monitoring.
Third-Party Platform Integrations
When you authorize a connected platform such as TikTok, YouTube, or another supported provider, the service may receive and use the information made available through that provider's API according to the permissions you grant. This may include profile information, content-related metadata, publishing permissions, account statistics, media processing rights, or refreshable access credentials needed to complete actions that you initiate.
TikTok Account Data
When you connect TikTok, PostizTiusApp uses the authorization flow provided by TikTok. Depending on the permissions you grant and the features available to the integration, this can include your account identifier, display name, avatar, profile information, video list and account statistics. Access and refresh tokens support authorized API requests. We do not ask you to enter your TikTok password into PostizTiusApp.
Media files, captions, publishing preferences and the metadata required to process a post are sent to TikTok when you request a supported publishing action. Direct Post and upload-to-inbox are different workflows. In upload mode, you complete the post within TikTok. Permissions and integration availability are controlled by TikTok.
You can revoke the application's permissions in TikTok's settings and manage the connection in PostizTiusApp. Revoking access stops future authorized requests but does not by itself erase stored drafts, publishing records, or content already published on TikTok. To request deletion of data held by this service, contact the operator and identify your PostizTiusApp account. Never send passwords or access tokens with a request. Identity verification may be needed before we act on an account request.
Cookies and Sessions
The service may use cookies, session identifiers, local storage, or comparable browser technologies to keep you signed in, preserve application state, maintain security, remember preferences, and support essential service operation. These technologies are used for service functionality and operational integrity rather than consumer advertising purposes.
Sharing and Disclosure
The service does not sell personal data. Information may be disclosed or made available only where needed to operate the service, including to infrastructure, hosting, storage, delivery, authentication, or platform API providers, or when required to comply with law, enforce terms, investigate abuse, respond to lawful requests, or protect users and the service.
Data Retention
Information is retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, preserve connected integrations, maintain scheduled or historical publishing records, support backups and diagnostics, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce service policies. Retention periods may differ depending on the type of data and whether tokens, logs, or content records remain necessary for ongoing service operation.
Security
Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These safeguards may include access control, service isolation, credential handling, logging, and infrastructure-level protections. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
International Data Handling
Because the service may rely on internet-based infrastructure, cloud services, and third-party APIs, information may be processed or transferred across multiple jurisdictions as reasonably necessary to operate the service and complete requested integrations or publishing actions.
User Rights and Choices
You may, depending on the context of your use and applicable law:
- disconnect third-party integrations;
- revoke platform access through the relevant third-party provider;
- stop using the service;
- request deletion, correction, or export of certain information through the service operator where feasible and appropriate.
Some information may need to be retained for security, operational, legal, or recordkeeping reasons even after a request is made.
Children's Data
The service is intended for business, creator, or professional workflow use and is not directed to children. If you believe that information involving a child has been submitted improperly, please use the service support or contact channel to request review.
Third-Party Policies
The service may contain links to or rely on third-party sites, platforms, or APIs. This Policy does not control their independent practices. You should review the privacy policies and terms of any connected third-party service before authorizing access.
Changes to This Policy
This Policy may be revised from time to time to reflect changes in the service, integrations, law, infrastructure, or operational practices. The current version will be posted on this page together with its latest effective date.
Contact
Privacy-related requests or questions should be sent through the support or contact channel made available within the PostizTiusApp service. If a dedicated privacy contact address is later designated, this page may be updated to reflect it.
